that's when you use pokerader and when you meet a pokemon you have to kill it or catch it then thr grass eil shake agine that's how it's done ^_^

a wierd technique where you use the pokeradar to encounter the same pokemon heaps of times in a row usually to make shinies more common, look it up its cool

Same place as Zangoose which is Route 208 and Route 210 north but to catch Seviper you need the GBA Sapphire

It's nice that you don't have a hacked shiny Seviper. I've gotten a shiny Seviper from GTS, but I think it's hacked.

If you put a Pokemon with the Synchronize ability in the front of your party, wild Pokemon have a 50% chance of having the same nature. I used a Rash Ralts and got a Rash Seviper.
