Then you should pay MORE atention when Big Boss says that Ocelot wnat to PSICHOTHERAPY and NANOS to impersonate Liguid....he's arm is mechanichal as you should've seen in the final battle...

Liquid was present just during MGS2....after that Ocelot replaced his arm with a mechanical one
