  • Thank you.All of your videos are very helpful,I have one quick question,i am new to guitar building and what is the major reason that all of my neck blanks when i select them they're perfectly strait and bring them home after few weeks they are getting bit of unstraight? Are there any tecqnique that you can straight neck blanks?

  • The even pressure helps eliminate uneven frets. and there are less frets that "rock" when a fret rocker is applied.

  • Using a hammer may result in deforming the fret or not getting an even press. Using a caul with a 12" or other preset radius based on your fretboard will provide even pressure when setting each of the frets.

  • Do you have to use the arbor press, or can you use the hammer to seat the frets?

  • great video,I cant wait to see third video
