Good show folks. I too found out a Bourry does not have to be humongus to put out a lot of heat. Have you considered bricking over and side stoking? That's a manageable size kiln too. Stay in there eh!
depending on the amount of salt used and the temperature gained. Usually about 6kg of salt over 3 applications, inserted between fire and bag wall at the bottom. reduction at 100DegC, 1st salt(soaked with water) at 1200DegC, build up temp to 1240-1260 and 2 more applications.
