no duh i drive one, i said other then the cobra R, the 2003, 2004 cobras (terminater) were/are still the best mustang ford has put out. I no this bcuz i own and 04 cobra, and hav owned others b4 this one. if you research the entire processe of the production of the terminaters it wud blow your mind.

03-04 cobras are wicked cars but they are a old technology! the 2011 mustang gt is in every way better than the old cobras. They are faster stock-stock they are better on fuel they have better handling and better creature comforts(heated seats,stereo,nav,interior). The only way the cobra is better is the motor is built for boost With forged internals.

@ anarchyologist.. I think you will be happy with whatever setup you decide to go with. I own the s type axle backs and I love the sound. They have a nice deep rumble and sound good on a cold start up. They get loud but keep their collected tone and don't get raspy. There is no drone what so ever. I don't think you will be disapointed either way

Sounds pretty smooth, i'm still not real keen on the new change in body style in the front and back end. Without the spoiler added they look to sporty, more like a BMW. I still like the louder more aggressive exhaust systems. I love all the newer stangs though.

I meant a new corvette c6 in Canada is 70 grand and a new z06 is 105 grand! I bought my 2011 5.0 for 33 grand and there was a 2011 gt500 in the showroom for 70 grand.....the new 5.0 with even 20 grand in mods would kill a new gt500 or new c6 and would be a good race with a new z06 if it could get the same traction the z06 gets!! So really it's pick your poison if you like the mustangs get one and if you like the corvette then get one! Both sweet rides!! But the new 5.0 is the best bang for your

The 2011 Shelby with the PP is roughly $53k which does 0-60 in 3.9 sec. You can save $20k and use it for mods. A Z06 starts at $74k, and yes I am talking new. Who wants a beat up car anyway? Mustang = win

judging by the color up front on the xpipe, it appears the exhaust is getting a lot hotter or the cars dumping a lot more fuel on the drivers side. do you have a tune?

wow. i didnt think that anyone was going to have a nicer sound than the hushpower flow's but this is like an opera.....its not poppy...its deep and has a slightly metallic hollowed out sound to it...and it carries through the entire rpm range.....you my friend...have made a good purchase and have taste in cars.
