Looks quite like the MSX2 game "Family Billiards". That game might even have been the reason that Konami canceled this particular version for MSX.

Not bad. It looks like a pretty cool game, the music really sets the mood just right for shooting pool. I think somewhere in there I saw the words "Please Shot"...I found that amusing. Great vid as always.
