Some say even the regular lunge distance is too far. I don't care anyways. :p

NT, MLC, and everything else is apart of the game but is only really annoying when half a team or whole team is using those methods.

When it comes to realism, Commando isn't the only thing unrealistic. Damn near everything about ALL of those perks is unrealistic. Only Scavenger and Bling could possibly make sense in real life.

@mikeymyer The problem is that the commando perk is flawed in it's execution. While the animation is happening the user no longer takes bullet damage so they can fly right through several shots to the head. It's the code that's screwed. While the other things you mention are annoying at least there are balances in place to combat them.

I want to play this game run and gun kind of like cod4 but if every gun is overpowered (weapons got a 20% boost avg compared to older cod's) then I need something to keep me competitive at close range.

Yes the commando perk is stupid, however it's exaggerated by the fact that developers are a bunch of stingy motherfuckers and will not get dedicated servers for their games. Those killcams you showed, are what is seen from your perspective, hence if the guy who "commandoes" you has a better connection to the host, you might have been right next to him on "his" screen.

Also you are using the UMP.45 which is pretty "noob" as well, if you ask me.
