  • That is so pretty. I love it.

  • Nice Christmas tree.

  • Looks kinda redneck

  • That Is Definitely One Way of Getting Robbed & Jumped For That Fixie

  • @24Uli hehehe... eewwwww!! I have gears, thank you very much. Plus, I don't think the perp would be too hard for the police to spot.

  • sale bike and buy car lol

  • Lol its like a rave on wheels

  • LMFAOOOO

  • I saw a Critical Mass in Venice California last night with lots of bikes lit up. None as cool as yours though. Do the rims have reflective tape?

  • @calineophyte Thank you! No reflective tape. The rims are lined with EL wire in this video. I've since had trouble keeping all the EL wire working. I've got a lot more LED tape all over everything now. I also have a friend who mounted two LED tape strips inside the wheels using some plastic backing. (tape on inside and outside.) It's MUCH brighter.

  • ダ、ダサい…ダサすぎる…

  • @cheshirecat3298

    わざわざコメントしなくてOK

  • Is that the background music or the sound that the bike makes...

  • @awychoi I wish!! Adding speakers is probably my next endeavor. Though I may just start on a new bike. Make it more cohesive - do it all at once!

  • ding ding ding here comes the shitmobile

  • @blickblocks I'm sure you'd appreciate the same sort of comments on your work and art? Cheers. Hope you're having a better day tomorrow. :)

  • @designerwhite lol don't take it seriously if you miss the reference.

  • @blickblocks Yeah. Totally flew over my head. I guess I should be spending more time on the internet. Lesson learned.

  • @designerwhite lol! Sweet bike though.

  • @designerwhite Lead with THAT next time! ;)

  • AHH...THE CITY OF LIGHTS

  • analog vu meter on an led bike is uncalled for

  • @DelGeeZee Heh, digital led display? I'll have to look into it!

  • This is not a lightcycle it's a ravecycle!

  • like a fucking christmas tree :)

  • que se supone q es eso?

  • Take off the spoke lights and it will resemble it even more. Oh and stick with one uniform color..

  • fico esquisito pakas

  • Put ligth in your ass!

  • If you ditch the spoke lights and the animated one on the rear I'd love it. Maybe use all the same color too. But that's just personal taste, good job! :)

  • kewl city in the background

  • OMG..marry me? lol

  • Make a Tron fixie for the futuristic hipsters lol.

  • i had lights on my motorcycle and got a ticket for being distracting......odd, cause i thought it made me more visible and would protect me a bit more as my motorcycle had little lighting on the sides.

  • @farkdanarc Yeah, apparently it's tougher to make a motorized vehicle look cool. Such a shame. If it's visibility you need though, I've heard that most places have no restrictions on lighting the rider. You can apparently make yourself as bright as you want.

  • @designerwhite - you sir, just made my day. never thought of that!!! thanks!

  • Thats a burning man special right there.

  • @killersushi99 I've been told by a few people that I would fit in quite well there. I am 85% decided I will go this year!

  • That's way too COOL! Great work!

  • hey thats really safe!!!

  • XD

  • @Airwolf7477 Can you provide a link to that please?

  • not a tron bike, just raver bike

  • GEt Rid of the Spinning Sticks on the Spokes

  • This really looks dorky....

  • What's the song name?

  • @TheKeekingSpiv "Third Generation" by Moral Edge

I got it in a collection of 8-Bit Music! They've got a bunch of other great songs too.

  • I'm a huge fan of the fender lights. Would you mind sharing with me how you worked that out?

  • @CappaDriver LED tape! That's the secret. just google led tape - check out the pictures. There's actually some WAY better stuff than what I have on my bike available now. I made a lamp out of some stuff with a driver that can do pretty amazing patterns, multi colors, etc. It's usually the same 12V for the tape, so I just ran a wire (with some slack on the front tire) to the power box again. I think 3m manufactures the sticky surface for these, so they stay on good.

  • HEY REMEMBER THE SCENE FROM MIKE TYSONS PUNCH OUT? WHEN LITTLE MAC was running on the coast line of New York with his coach on the bike in front?

    Yeah man....

  • @Loadfaster Oh, I remember! Good call.

  • Yeah allway's been curious about how this look like, when you can light up you're whole bike. So well, this way i guess :D

I never know how to create. It's amazing.

  • its like you are riding into the future!

  • wow that is awesome! Love that switch box on the handle bar!

  • wow that us just great!

could you possibly explain to me how you did the EL lighting part of your bicycle? I am illiterate in the world of lighting. And do you know if the EL wire is waterproof or resistant? i ride through terrible storms.

  • google thatscoolwire

the wire itself is plastic coated - so it's waterproof.

you'll still have to worry about the inverter which houses the batteries. I have had one short on me due to moisture. It wouldn't turn off till I popped the batteries and let it dry out. The enclosure is resistant, but you could definitely wrap it up or something.

  • thank you very much! and as for the set up on the wheels, how did you get the EL wiring on the wheel as well? That's certainly a lot of rotational velocity, is this really difficult, or insanely slow to ride?

  • The wire has had no trouble staying on. I weaved it through the spokes, used some clear tape here and there and put a zip tie on every once and a while for safety. Securing the battery pack is the hard part. 3-4 zip ties and a little rubber to cushion it can work if you make it nice and tight. I've put it closer to the centre of the wheel to avoid the centripetal forces. Still don't have a solution that allows me to change batteries without cutting the zips and reattaching it every time.

  • What are those green strip lights that run along the frame. I NEED some of them in my life

  • Electroluminescent wire. (EL Wire)

Google thatscoolwire - I think I got mine from them.

    Mine's the 2.2mm gauge.

  • Cool. Also Check:

  • Awesome!

  • truly lovely!!

mobile art that makes you safe!!

    fancy indeed!

  • Excellent ! ;-)

  • at least cars know your there.

  • thats cool how you made that. before I new there was like lights you can put on a bike I looked on youtube so I started doing it. an I say it makes a bike look cool at night. how much did that box cost you

  • hmm, 5 switches, 5$. Red switch 25$ Jack ports x8 = 8$. Headphone jacks x8 = 8$. 8 AA battery pack a couple bucks... The box was probably 10 or 12 bucks. Had to buy spray paint for about 10. Solder and wire... Ammeter was around 12$ too. Humm... yeah, and 12V light components to plug in tend to be around 20$ each. Spent more on some tools, bolts, etc. So probably around 70-80$ on building the box. But hey, it was fun, so part of that counts toward the entertainment factor of doing it yourself.

  • hey thanks for the comment where did you get that gaget at on your handle bars an how did you hook up all your lights 2 it

  • Garrr... trying to respond... sheesh. Maybe Youtube doesn't like links. I'll post it in the description. There's some pics of us building the custom switch box. We had to raid a couple electronics shops to find cool parts for it.

  • So awesome!!!

  • Nice work again my friend!

  • Cool!
