When this part came,it was completely unexpected,for me at least, but you couldn't help but feel sorry for him.He lost everything near and dear,his wife,his children,his entire family,whipped out by the onslaught of locust.2 years where part 2 left off,2 years of having to relive those moments in memory like a broken record.When the war was to finish,to have nothing to come back to.This game made you feel what the characters felt,and not only did he save his fellow Gears,but rejoined his family

Remember when Dom visited Maria and their kids grave at Mercy? All of these moments, makes watching this scene so much harder to bear. Halo and COD fans take note, THIS is how you develop a memorable character.

I've also owned every call of duty from 2, 3, 4, World at war and Modern warfare 2. The stories just aren't that great, the dialogue in Gears is schlock and Call of duty is just big set ups over and over. I do enjoy fallout, even with all it's shortcomings. It's not really in the same category to be fair.
