There's no reason to make another english patch since there is an existing one even if it's in a beta status. I'm not the creator of that patch so i don't have any right over it, more i don't want to steal the good work already done from someone else. Some other fans completed the missing parts and you can easily find them on the web.

Just look over ancient land of ys community and you"l find what you're lookin' for.

The problem with the existing English translation is that it is not finished probably never will. It's still in Beta status and will remain so.
