In my university artclasses we called it a layout... Highly recommended for your charachter... Now if you wanted something moe along the lines of Basquiat... =P

start drawing them without the pencil guide, and don't be so sketchy with the marker. just do it.
it doesn't have to be absolutely perfect - its a hand drawn not a printed vinyl.
