not really juggling is just one of tekkens core game mechanis that the developers want you to take advantage of. the best tekken players incorperate all aspects like juggling, oki, wave dashing and wall game to give themself as much of an edge as possible. in fact most people that complain about juggling are people who dont play very good defensivly and get launched alot. depends if ur playing the game casually for fun or you take it more seriously.
