This is the perfect music, choreography and costumes for them. they look beautiful, like Romeo and Juliet, their balletic lines and shown off, their love and passion. perfect.
Everything about their skating was magical. I don't think anyone fully appreciated just what they were watching until it was gone. Such a tragedy that something and someone so much larger than life was here for such a short time. The sport of pairs skating will never see another G and G, I'm sure. Sergei is so missed. What I wouldn't give to watch their love story unfold on the ice just one more time.
Simply divine. After all these years and numerous repeat viewings, I still feel transported when I watch this piece. When they skated, they were of a different world.

We can't forget about their choreographer Marina Zueva whom them seemed to end up with through fate. I don't think that any other choreographer would have shown off their beauty as well as she did.
