Well it has to be that easy when your brain is the size of a pea. If on the other hand, you are as intelligent as Dr. Jack Szostak, then you can entertain more complicated ideas, or more simple ideas, depending on how you look at it. After all God is an awfully complicated thing to have to postulate, when the alternative requires nothing more than a few chemicals, and some self copying.
