Some of the best Dubstep tunes use a female vocal line brilliantly. Scuba, Burial, Phaeleh, Vaccine. All frequently use female vocal samples but still keep it nice n deep ;) Also America have well and truly got a firm hold of it already. Not necessarily a bad thing, Babylon System etc. have produced some very nice tunes. But I do see what you mean.
