My question: has Clay Street changed yet. I lived 2 blocks over and listened regularly to the police, helicopters that hovered regularly, as this has been one of Annapolis's most dangerous drug/prostitution/crime areas for years.
I am very interested in this property, I will be relocating to the area in May to take employment with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, however I am also interested in relocating my home business hence converting the basement area into an office/design center are there any local restrictions to operating a commercial business?
