  • The car Sean Connery drove was a 1965 but it was in that color. He drove it to Palmyra and later parked it on Love Beach. You see it in the background after Connery and Claudine Auger return from their underwater activity.

  • When I made the video at One True Media, the song was on their play list. It's called "This is Going to Be the Best Summer Ever", by Hanalei.

  • I am currently restoring another car from my childhood that happened many years later. I have a 1979 Mercedes 560 sl . An absolute classic that was my Poppies last gift to my Nan before he passed. Sadly the Lincoln was given to my father and he sold it. I hope to find one someday and restore it. They are not as easily attainable here in Canada as they are in the States. Yours is a beauty.

  • This car brings back many childhood memories. My grandfather was a mechanic who came to Canada after WWII. For many years , both he and my Nan drove used cars that he serviced in his garage. The 1963 model of this Lincoln was the first new car that they owned. I remember on Sunday s I would wait outside of the garage waiting for Poppy to drive the car out . It was pale blue with a white leather interior and a white top. It always shone like a jewel. Truly a highlight of my childhood Thanks
