well not that i know... it freezes and stays like that for hours, i just can answer calls this started 3 days ago .... i bought it used 6 months ago and the last owner installed android system and it was working fine and i dont know what to do because i love the phone
@SUGEILY69 Ok, since he has android on it, I'm assuming his running NAND. If you go to XDA there's actually a lot of FAQs there that might help... but theoretically, if that is what the original owner did to the phone, this hard reset should be able to set it back to factory default. I think there might be something funky going on with the phone's hardware... :(
omq i love you so much, subscribed. see i had my phone on lock but it was saying that the password is incorrect, but i knew my password. subscribed liked and favorited great video. i went with you very easily :) btw i proved my dad wrong, he said 'i have to take it to itt wireless(a local phone fixing company), i told him i can get it to work, thanks to you :)

@SUGEILY69 no, micro SD doesn't have to be taken out. Neither does sim card. But why not take them out just to be safe?
