man just the fact that it's 2011 and we're still talking about what Tomo did in his teen years back in the fucking early 90's says a lot. You can't calculate a player's reaction time simply by watching a video of them playing because it doesn't take into account things like prediction or the speed of their execution.

maybe the video was just that bad, but some of blanka's moves failed to hit 0:34 and 0:36. me:double take

0.34 seems OK (because of ryu's invincible starting frames of shoryou doesn't hit in those starting frames but ryu doesn't get hit also. You can check safejumping) to me but the kick at 0.36 should had hit. I don't know why it didn't maybe a glitch.

HF blanka in AE SUCKS ASS! If any of yall payed close attention to the match you would see that jeff was playing blanka how he should be played in HF. If this was HF jeffs blanka would probably beat daigos ryu. Jeff said " I can't hit him" cuz he realized how badly HF blankas priority was nerfed in AE and that the HF blanka in AE is NOT the same blanka in the game HF.

Well, there is no ST RYU in Hyper Fighting, so technically it would be impossible to know whether Jeff would beat Daigo in that scenario. Besides, Daigo is good at predicting moves, so the addition of faster fireball + fully invincible dp + air hurricane of HF RYU would make the match even worse for HF Blanka (or any version of Blanka really).
