i am so glad i quit smoking six months ago from today smoking is really bad and yeah it does do harmful stuff to your breathing i was smoking for about three years and every since i have quit i noticed i can breath better when im working or walking or running and fuck cigarettes whats the use of smoking it just gives u nausea and gets u weak , dizzy and leaves you with a bad breath afterwards.
