@4tays4rotays: I saw no cheap shot at all, and this was Brouwer's 2nd game in the NHL. He was 22. You know jack shit about hockey. Brouwer didn't land a whole lot, but he still won. Malhotra was just trying to stop the onslaught of punches that were coming his way.

Well actually they should try and stop them before they start fighting. But if they are already throwing punches the refs leave it (mostly for their own safety) until one guy gets an unfair advantage or there is a chance to get in (i.e.they both fall to the ground, they are just grappling etc)
