i think the other people take away from the song in my opinion. it should be a private moment for Ivy that Matt joins in. I think the vulnerability she shows in the song is out of place with other people on stage. great performances though! love their voices!
I think the dancing is just them rehearsing the moves for the play within the play. I just heard about this musical and this is the most amazing Ivy ever!
