unfair test? the mic costs half as much as the camera of course its gonna sound better. That's kinda the point too. See if the Nt 3 sounds better on a boom then the built in mic.

so I searched for the NT3 on B&H and it looks like a wireless mic. Is it? And if it is, how did you connect it to the HV30? I know the HV30 has a 3.5mm jack for external mics.
