I agree with the other comments, there's little information and this tutorial makes no sense. I followed every step but somehow in this tutorial a "contacts details" tab mysterious appears in your tabs after your first import and this never works for me. Are you importing the same files that you exported???? Please record another tutorial and be more clear.

i've worked manualy with csv and export/import tools, but with this a i have a problem, i still didn't get it

There is very little information about JIX in your website. first all do you have anymore information how to use it? Those CVS files are the fixed? for instance the content CVS file. Can the be expanded to import over fields and how would you do that?
