    im planning on purchasing this, but i dont want to buy pull up bar (its too expensive), if i just get resistance band, would i still get good result? im aiming for an abs! would i still be able to do all the workouts just using resistance band and weights??

  • i've seen different kind of p90x packs.. what did you used? i was doing some gym workouts but driving to and from the gym sucks, gas mileage and the damn gym fee. i am planning to do this and just jog and sprint around the block!

  • how much does this cost? is there a online community that has the exercises and diet guidelines that i can just copy, i dont feel its right to have to pay to lose weight and live better with a healthier lifestyle, just my own opinion.

  • Lol yah I was gonna guess your body fat at about 12-14% then about 10% after day 30 but thats just a guess from a guy who doesn't know too much.

  • I will probably pick one up next summer, I would get one now but I have a month of break left and during the school year I workout regularly in my schools gym. My summer kinda sucked I had to take a class and I found out I couldn't use the schools gym unless I signed up for a program but I was taking my class so I couldn't..... I want to work out again. fuck me

  • I'm doing P90X as well, it's a great workout and I'm not following the guide either... i started about 3 days ago... and im about to do my fourth workout but i was 220 when i started and now i'm down to 215, i stopped eating fast foods... in the guide it actually says what you can eat at fast food places haha well good luck with the rest of your workout

  • 17% body fat???? um you must have fat ass or something cuz for abs to show you have to be in the lower teens to single digits!!

  • Like previously mentioned your body fat %'s are wayyyyyyyyyyy off, if you were a girl then maybe. You were probably around 12% and down to 11-10% I would say lower but the use of top light is strong on this one.

  • Dunno who's takin your body fat % but there wrong , at the begining your % was much lower than 17% and after 30 was much lower than 15% , i'd take an educated guess at the 8-11% mark

  • @ARGUMENTS4FUN yea im sure you are right , i just used a cheap weight watchers scale, i knew it was off but i used it just to see if the % went down

  • @ARGUMENTS4FUN I'm about to start the p90x program on sept 15, 2010 im pretty stoked, though im relativly fit already i just cant wait to see even more results by following an actuall program such as this, instead of just weight training and running everyday.

  • @enaicee i didnt follow the nutrition guide at all, its too much to do, i just ate as healthy as possible, lean proteins, greens, healthy fats , lots lots of water, tea, oat meal and egg whites almost every breakfast, homemade protein shakes and bars, and try not eating fast foods unless you really have to because you never know what exactly they put in your food

  • @Mr101505 yeah man you can p90x , there is alot of modifications in the workouts, give it a try, eat right and watch the fat go away

  • @thereaper15999 have someone hold your legs or put them on a chair while you try the pull-up to get that extra push till you can land one without anyone or anythings.

  • @skeleton115 it wasnt really a diet i just ate as healthy as possible drank lots of water, try to mix foods that way you dont get bored of them and will have the urge of eating junk food, but the main things i ate was chicken breast, tuna, spinach , water, protein shakes, acai green tea, and once a day a home made peanut butter protein bar, those work great if you are craving some fat food haha

  • @inofe i didnt follow the nutrition book its way too much lol, but what i did do is eat healthy and basically really cut down on the junk food, and drank lots of water, and stopped eating after 8 pm because i would always eat late, but yeah just follow the workouts and eat as healthy as possible and the results should be great.

  • Hey Bro. I have to say nice job. Keep Going. Try to supplement your workouts with lots of calf raises and really push on those lower body workouts like plyo x. Upper body is in shape and getting even more cut, but lower body needs more work. But nobody's perfect! everyone is built different! :D just try to even it out a little bit. Dont forget all punching / fighting power comes from the toe all the way to the inch between your first two knuckles.... See ya!

  • bro, just started day 1 today...and it's so hard...i could only do 12 on pushups and 8 on pull ups... and 10 on the ripper thing...will i improve?

  • not too strict dude just drink lots of water, protein shakes, only eat your major carbs in the morning and dont eat after 7pm, and eat small things every 2 hours instead of big meals....follow that work hard and youll get ripped bro

  • its easy just use the program called movie maker you should have it on your computer already if you dont im pretty sure u can download it

  • what are you using to measure your bf%. I thnk you are much lower than that to have visible abs. i think you are below 10% to have your abs showing.

  • well im just measuring it with my weightwathcers scale but im pretty sure its incorrect because on an iphone it says im about 10%....how would you recommend i measure it?
