So you got your claw fossil then go to slateport city and to the devon house and go 2nd floor where the computers are. talk to every scientists and u have to wait then come back and get your anorith with is lvl 20

You can revive them to get Lileep-Cradily or Anorith-Armaldo, just go to the Devon Corporations building in Rustboro city, one of the scientists can revive them, just exit the room and come back in and viola! (save before coming back in if you want a certain gender!)
