Toy Spot - Marvel Legends Sinister Six Box Review

The original Sinister Six were Doctor Octopus, Mysterio, Electro, Sandman, Vulture and Kraven the Hunter. The roster did change a few times but at no time did this set ever exist in the comics. Black Cat was never a part of the group either. I'm not sure what Marvel was thinking when they put this set together but they fucked up big time.

This box set is shit. This set should have been this. Spider-man along with villains Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Venom, Sandman, Shocker, and Scorpion.

It looks cool, but I wish they would have added the full roster of the group from the first time they came together.

Ex. Mysterio, Rhino, Vulture, Chameleon, Lizard, Sandman etc. Black Cat was never a badgirl, more like a frenemy.

Like, considering it is INCREDIBLY rare for 1 figure to go for $15 or less. So at 50 bucks that is $7 a figure.

Although I'm not happy with the fact that they included Venom. I would much rather have Sandman.

Very good review.. I got 3 more Jason part 3 figures today I couldnt beleive they had them, it was at FYE.. I'll wait & see how they do on ebay in months to come & throw the m on..

On ebay, you can get the 3 figure set for 54.99 right now, that'll likely jump pretty quick, especially on the Jason, it always seems to happen with the Jason figure

I picked this set up online and if I'm not mistaken it set me back about 60 bucks, its a little steeper now, probably more along the lines of 80.00 depending on the seller. The set is no longer in stores as it was released about 5-6 years ago
