hi, read your bottled water, it often has flouride added (yes, in BOTTLED water)

Rexall brand water from Pharma Plus does not.. have flouride.

Aspertame is dangerous- in ALL 'diet' food

My own doctor advised me to avoid fluoridated water at all costs. I have written to the department responsible for our water supply and still waiting for a reply. I know drink distilled water which I buy at the grocery store. I have heard you can purchase reverse osmosis system for your kitchen which I want to investigate further as some say it does some say it doesn't remove fluoride. Boiling tap water increases the potency of the fluoride. I even use fluoride free toothpaste now.

They truly are trying to kill us all. I am vegan so I have eliminated most poisons. I know drink distilled water 0.0% fluoride and brush with fluoride free toothpaste. I drink Edensoy milk, organic soybeans and reverse osmosic water.... nothing more. I try to eat organic, but no guarantees. In reality we just need to educate ourselves, at least know what we are putting into our bodies. Stay away from pre-packaged meals. I buy as much fresh as possible.  A little more work but worth it

Well I know the shock you are feeling. I am personally affected by this... it has severely damaged my thyroid - gee, all those glasses of water, who'd of thought? I'm very angry needless to say - however, start by not drinking tap water, buy jugs of distilled to drink or if you can afford it, flat bottled water from Italy, France etc. Also for coffee/tea use distilled as boiling increases the toxicity of fluoride.

You can purchase fluoride free toothpaste "Jasons" is the first I would recommend... tastes good too! Try to eat more organic veggies and fruits as well as dried fruits too... they are high in this as fluoride is a pesticide.

i actually called Nestea to ask what's in the water they used, specifically if its flouridated

They assured me there is no flouride and the water goes through 7 filteration processes, and described each.

the ONLY filter that can remove flouride from water is a REVERSE OSMOSIS FILTER, they are expensive (isnt everything that is good for you? healthcare / dentistry?)

NOTE-BOILING WATER INCREASES POTENCY OF FLOURIDE. research it

That's interesting killerkitty777 & I say this only because Nestea is owned by Coca-cola who produces Dasanti bottled water, which is my local tap water, filtered five times & not reverse osmosis. I have to wonder what's really going on sometimes. I buy distilled water & it is a major chore purchasing gallons per month & stocking them. I am very leery these days about my water.... did you know that "fluoride bathes" were given to people with over active thyroids so even our showers are bad

Thank you for your comments. I wish I could get more people to believe this. Too many out there just think the government and local agencies have us as their best interest. Not true at all. Are you aware that fluoride becomes more potent when boiled? Unless we use nothing but distilled water, we are no doubt consuming high levels of fluoride a.k.a. rat poison.

hydrosulfuric acid- That is the fluoride that is added to your water. This fluoride is a waste by product of the aluminum phosphate fertilizer industry. This hydrosulfuric acid is cleaned out of the smoke stacks and is sold to the water companies to be added to your water supply. This hydrosulfuric acid should be disposed of in toxic waste dumps not added to your water.
