I say a shadow looking out of one of the doors or a faint shadow at the end of the hallway. Give it a sense of someone is watching.

Looking at the painting, I feel that having a shadow figure all the way at the end of the hallway would be good. I also feel that the dark doorways need something, I am thinking faint silouettes of a face. Faint enought where you see that something is there in the dark doorway but you need to look closely to see the face.

I would like to see Aaron hiding in the first doorway on the right with a classic Aaron look on his face (fear or bewilderment) holding a video camera and Nick in the 2nd doorway in fear armed with nothing but an EVP recorder (like they are hiding from the KGB). Have Zak crawling on his knees in between the 2nd & 3rd door. Have his head hung low but looking straight ahead and have his eyes glow red with possession. And a huge shadow man behind Zak showing why Zak is possessed. continued..

I think there should be some ghostly prisoners in a few of the doors with a couple of ghostly guards walking down the halls. In that prison there were probably ALOT of prayers sent up. So with the floating effect there should be bits of prayers (good or dark) from the prisoners in the doors that is trying to escape from the prison but for some reason they just can't get out of the building. Just like the spirits that are held here.

Make outlines of people (ghosts) in some of the cells, or walking out of the cells. Maybe one or two ghosts walking down the walkway on the bottoms floor. How about a shadow person somewhere, maybe upeer walkway.

I think the canvas needs to be darker but keep the light coming from the top (the light can signify the way out for the spirits).I would add some cracks in the walls to show it's age,maybe shadows of prisoners who used to walk the corridors.

I'm thinking and only because I've been to this "prison." LOL! A shadow person just kinda creepin around the corner. I remember being upstairs with Zak and seeing that shadow person for the first time. Freaked me out. The cold chills, feeling something grab my bag and yank it. I couldn't see his face but I could just see him GLARING at me from the cell across the way...gives me chills even now.

I'm thinking some evil eyes in the cells; perhaps bloody foot prints or blood spatters on the walls. Also some prison guards but they should only look partly human; like human yet ghostly.

I see a scared tourist(s) walking around holding their cameras tightly with the grim reaper or a dark entity behind him or them. maybe red eyes in the cell to show demons lurk in the prison. a ghostly face in another cell to show they're trapped in there.

I'M A HUGE DALI SALVADOR FAN AND I THINK PAINTING THE CELL MATES OR CHARACTERS DEFORMED AND TWISTED LIKE HE DID WILL MAKE THE PAINTING VERY INTERESTING :D!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Guys, So I am thinking it needs a shadow persons or arm on the wall, possible in the stall a fire that has taking someones life with the spirit leaving the firing as it's soul has move on out of the fire. In another room it could have, if you look closely on the walls writing, likes marks of how long they were there. Have someone by a bed strangled by the bed sheet. I do like the painting its awesome. Hope my comment helps ya.

I'm thinking some old school jail birds (striped jump suits) with a ghostly look to them lurking in the doors of several cells.. looking gaunt & menacing..... Is the grim reaper to cliche? Possibly. Maybe instead, a dark spirit "rallying" everyone to action swooping up from the first floor cells through the middle. Just spit balling here. Like what you've done so far!
