I figure you don't realize why they are called "Muslim country's". The last empire to stand, Ottoman empire stretched its last in the Muslim empire, practically all countries conquered by them remained "Muslim countries" save Spain (I think there may be one other). There may be Muslims in the country and "running" it, but that doesn't mean they are following Sharia (Islamic law). Saudia follows it somewhat, but you got to admit, most of it is extremely cultural, thats why they are so exclusive.
