As for the AWD, yeah, without a diff lock or automatic brake traction control, the Libero isn't an offroad monster. This guy screwed up big by not knowing his capabilities and steering hard *into* the lean.

good luck! sumos are pretty rare in the uk now, they were never sold in great numbers when new, and tended to rust out quite badly. There's been a few on ebay recently, a half-decent 4x4 model seems to go for around £5-600 but most of the ones I've seen were the 1.0
2wd model. I've been looking for a while, they are great little vans
I would love one of these, great practical vehicle, but come on, they werent intended as mud pluggers. snow or wet grass is about the limit. very rare in the UK now, they rotted a bit easily.
lol, Subaru Libero is an awesome car for what it is, incredibly practical and efficient with limited off-road capability - but be careful over those bumps. ;)
