Personally for recruiting I always go for anyone in the pipeline...you get bonus points on everything...and you have a much better chance of landing 4 or 5 star players if they're local than if they are like say in Florida. So try to stay in your pipeline area when you search for prospects. You're grades for diff things in your college will improve with each year you win, if you lose obviously you lose grade on things like coach prestige, championship contender etc etc
