in continuation to what I said, Linda was also pretty bad with interviews. She always seemed tortured by them. I don't know why...maybe she was just that type of person. There are a lot of things I don't understand about her...she was almost the complete opposite of Paul's previous girlfriend- Jane Asher. I guess Paul found something great in Linda, but I don't know what it was. She certainly doesn't show it in interviews. She was porbably way better in private.

I guess we should just be thankful the Beatles weren't from Italy or she'd be trying to talk like Isabella Rosselini. Both of them seem mildly pissed off by Snyder who doesn't have the sort of "gee whiz" Chris Farley tone that would have made his questions seem less combative sounding.

Snyder's questions are generally incisive and he's not nearly as out of it as, say, Larry King or even Charlie Rose. He did a good job on the beatle interviews. PS, thank you youtube for making this stuff so accessible.

Throughout this interview she is rebelling and Paul always supported that kind of rebellion because, although ever the diplomat and someone who always wanted to make others feel OK, he is also a great rebel like her.

C'mon..  Linda McCartney is movie star gorgeous.. look at her in the Goodnight Tonight video or in Give My Regards to Broad Street. She was an aggressively "natural" woman offstage... did not shave ANYWHERE and was truly a no bull straightforward person who didn't like to dance around uncomfortable subjects like her hubby.
