So I'm having the following problem ever since I started using using TripleHeadToGo.
Now that I am using a higher resolution, FSX doesn't allow me to zoom out very much in virtual cockpit?? I'm pretty sure at a lower resolution I was able to zoom out more.
Matrox is so dumb they had all this tech and graphics FSAA years ago far surpassing the compettition.. They didn;t haave thee frame rates but they played games smooth.
Needed a few driver fixes but that was it.
Fools not advertizing enough to bring them on top of the selling market.
What resolution are you running on those monitors? I have a single 24" Dell 2407 and after seeing this i'm thinking of getting a triplehead2go and another 2 24" dells...
Are you running each screen at 1680 x 1050, as i read the specs on the matrox website and it appears you can only run 2 screens at 1920x1200 (the 24" native res)
Don't you have to use less resolution to output 3 images on 24" monitors? I mean, does 1440x900 works nice with 24" monitors that are designed to work best in 1920x1200??
HI i was hoping you could answer a few questions for me please. With the matrox triple head2go can you use software like ultramon or does it treat it like one big screen with a huge windows toolbar across the bottom? Can i have a full screen of sony vegas a game and msn on separate monitor all running at the same time and me dragging the mouse to different screens to use different applications or would it want to use all three screens for just one application like sony vegas and msn?
(just to clarify, the cost of a season at Caterham Academy is just under *18* thousand pounds. Don't comment unless you know what you are talking about ;).
Clearly didn't remotely come close to experiencing what these glasses are capable with. What config did you use? These glasses are AMAZING. _PLEASE_ dont tell me you tried them with these LCD's.
lmao!! :D - Absolute complete rubbish! - I've tried with 3 * 32 inch LCD's, just ONE dlp projector with the correct convergence and separation settings BLOWS 3 TFTS OUT OF THE WATER!! You sold up too soon, believe me. Nice enough rig though but you're well off base if thats what you think :)
Actually, if you dont believe me I'll be posting vids of my rig soon which is currently 3 * Sharp XR10X DLP projectors with TH2G digital, custom IR emitter for eDim glasses, Full Frex simulation setup and Tactile feedback include vibration / wind etc. Reserve comment until then.. you'll see :)
Very nice, I use my setup for the same sims/games with my analogue th2g on 22" screens. Best res I get is 3840x1024 but I got higher I am sure when I was using CRT monitors.
What happens if you use the trippelhead2go on 3 24" widescreens (5760x1080)?

At 1:45s there looks like a misalingment of the screens. I know they are not pushed together, but is this misalingment present all the time?

There is an option to align the displays in the Matrox software, I didn't use it for this video.

Nope I had a 21" CRT, 3 24" LCDs beats any kind of immersion you may get from those stereo glasses.

How in the world do you get this thing to work? The best resolution I can get out of the thing is 2400x600 - it looks like crap!!
FlyinBryan37 4 years ago
Use the GXM setup to add more modes to your desktop properties. The max resolution I can get is 3840x1044 on 3 or 3840x1200 on 2.
pinter75 4 years ago
Or get a GC with more onboard memory, which is actually more likely the problem
cjarram 3 years ago
Do you own an ATI GPU? Older ATI models had that kind of problem, so they aren't capable to use 3840x1024.
Check TH2Go reference.
