I don't like how they used Beta ray Bill instead of silver surfer in the movie, but I guess they were just trying to introduce people to more characters.
@pyroman1000k no, the film rights to Fantastic Four and all related charecters (Including Silver Surfer) are owned by 20th Century. He wasn't allowed to appear.
