@orionlordion not exactly. As I understand it the battle was between 2 alliances and more re-enforcements were called in as it went on ending up in this massacre

@DevilDragon911 Yes thats basicly how it goes in0.0 ,a fleet arrives to fuck your shit up then you get a fleet togather to stop them , they get backup (normaly their is always backup)more players come online and more people join the defending fleet,(sometimes defending fleet gets aliance help aswell)they start fighting more epople here their is huge pew pew in the area, they go join in because its huge pew pew,even if your in a hulk you go fit it with pew pew and go pew pew :D xD

@jayquan17ify Well, not exactly. You'll be able to shoot a giant laser cannon into space that can destroy a dreadnaught... and dreads can shoot back at you too. But in the battles that you'll be involved in, if you want to destroy ALL of the dreads, you're gonna need a bigger gun.

@jayquan17ify i understand that. what im trying to say is that a weapon that size isnt enough to fire very quickly (also the game devs won't put anything in that isnt fair) so although you can shoot at us, youll either need a bigger gun to hit all of the dreadnaughts that will be capable of firing at you or, well... actually, no youre just gonna need a bigger gun. But fear not! Im sure the orbital bombardment mechanism that the dreads will have wont be able to fire that fast either

@jayquan17ify Hold on hold on... air strikes, yes. Im saying that the cannon you fire into space destroys dreadnaughts. Thats a big ship that uses a big gun to blow you guys to tiny pieces. You can refer to this as orbital bombardment. Now, when an EVE player orders an air strike, he doesn't have to be in a dreadnaught. He could be in an indestructible space station. It doesn't matter so long as he pays for it. Two separate ways that we can affect your game ;)

@jayquan17ify In short: Orbital bombardment = dreadnaught. Airstrike =... some sort of tiny fighter jet dropping a payload of comparably miniscule explosive.

Orbital bombardment = game over, man... GAME OVER!

Airstrike = light air support.

Server lag isnt this bad if the node is reinforced.

I was in the VFK battles with 1600 people in local. And the server was stable and fine only a small delay.

Dude you really need to set up your overview right, hide all brackets. Also disable all effects, sound, notifications, chat blinks and disable or set to low graphics settings everything :) Also... zooming out reduces lag.
