We know that some really good ideas came from Anarchy Online and that at times that game has been a lot of fun. We know that Funcom has been idealistic and arrogant at times about their design, but they've also shown an ability to learn from their mistakes. I think we'll see all that again, but as with AO it should be fun to see it all come together.

Some of you peeps are funny. There is already a bunch of MMOs better then WoW (its an old game). This game does look nice but really, we wont know what its like until we actually install and play the bugger. Should be interesting.

yes. you get to change the world around you. build cities. conquer other players cities. cities will be put together by guilds, generally not individuals. and the AI will build cities, and attack other cities.

i dont get it? how can u build cities when theres thousands of players online with u??? i thought u used a character and go around lvling? not building? wheres ur character when u build, do other people get to enter ur city when u build? can u acxtually go to ur city in third person with ur charactr? someone explain all this???

Guilds make their own city you can be an architect for your city and watch your city be made by NPC's. This game is third person and first person (you can switch. Other people can enter your city. If you're stupid just don't play this game because you won't understand it.

It will take roughly 7 real time days for a single city structure to be raised, it slowly gets built in real time... possibly the coolest thing in any mmo thus far... amazingly inovetive... if any game mets me to leave Eq2 it will be this...

same here, nothing out right has got what it takes to beat out eq2...not even vanguard(dissapointment). but this game looks amazing.
