It was the first time I have commented at the 3D Masters and I really enjoyed doing the nighfly competition which was sponsored by align-trex.co.uk. Cant wait for next year, the pilots were amazing! It was really close between Jo and Bobby, we found it really hard to decided but the crowd tipped the balance in the end!

Just started out with RC helis, thought about it before, but visiting the 3D Masters pushed me over.

Watching the videos a few times I would say it was a very close call. Jo and Bobby put on the best night performance. I do like Joe turning off all lights during the tail slide for 1 full second. However Bobby did amazing on light effects as well as inverted forward flight close to ground with almost all lights turned off. So both are very equal. Issue was that too many already left when it came to choosing the winner.
