I have to say this is a very bias video ... Portraying pro choices as very bad people based on a small majority of people. When most pro choicers are not like that. Also there will somewhere out there be a pro lifer that will have at some point got violent, but noooo you only mention that pro choice is bad. Just thought I'd say

You have not lived long enough to have any well informed opinions. Read some of the medical literature for real numbers on abortion because the predominantly religious pro-life movement, like their cousins the creationist movement, have no problems breaking the 9th commandment to suit their cause. Numbers from reliable data tell the story, whether it is welcomed or not.

Every teenager says that, wants to be treated like an adult, and than around 25 or so they look back and realize how little they really know. The only way you are old enough is if you live in and have since birth lived in a sheletred community, in which case youve peaked over the fence but you still dont know what youre seeing.

We constantly switch our opinions, or alter them, throughout our entire lives. This doesn't just apply to our teenage years. Because information is always increasing, we learn more each day and our philosophies adapt accordingly. If we held back our opinions because we feared we might change our minds later, we'd never say a word.

In the end, certain people are unwilling to examine their life and beliefs because they are comfortable, cowardly, inflexible, and unwilling to entertain the possibility that they are not right.

I finally figured it out: pro-life is an anti-black organization created by white women who are afraid that if black women start enjoying a healthy sex life then they won't be able to enjoy sex either. The pro-life movement is basically the KKK.

What tipped me off is how the pro-life movement twists Margaret Sanger's writings. I guess only ignorant and gullible Catholics who are illiterate will champion the cause while the smarter adults who run it know to keep their faces hidden :-)

Again, that's true, but a baby is a separate person, not part of the woman's own body. No one has the right to do whatever they want to ANOTHER person's body, even if the person isn't out of the womb yet. The only difference between abortion and murder is location.

And do you realize that the only abortions paid for by the government involve rape, incest, or threat to the health of the mother? 97% of Planned Parenthood's services are not abortion, and just like any other clinic, they get grants and reimbursements for birth control, pap smears, and STD testing. In fact they do it more cheaply than many other providers, so they save the government a lot of money.

If you think a webcam consultation by the doctor is impersonal, you should be happy Nebraska allows them. In Nebraska, a woman must receive state-directed counseling that includes information designed to discourage her from having an abortion and then wait 24 hours before the procedure is provided. So, a real live pro-life propagandist vs an abortion provider via video, who do you think will have an impact?

Next time you should talk about the man in Ohio who pleaded guilty to "fetal homicide" for forcing his pregnant girlfriend to have an abortion (the article is on Reuters). I just think it's such a poignant example of the double-standard there is in pro-choice "feminism:" If the mother wanted the child, it's "fetal homicide;" if she didn't want it, she's praised for making an independent choice. Makes total sense... :P

The devil weaves in so much truth into what he say's that to catch his lies is basically impossible. In a perfect world, people would only have sex when they're committed to someone and when they are able and ready to have a baby, but that's not the case. It's very sad, but that's the reality.

And you also have to think about victims of rape and incest.

It makes me incredibly sad knowing that people do have abortions. But these are my thoughts on this matter.

As I said before, I would never have an abortion. I think all people are equal, regardless of race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, and especially how they were conceived.

It is not the child's fault that their father was a rapist, of course. But the government cannot tell a woman what to do with her body, especially as a result of rape.

You wouldn't say "I would never own a slave, but it's not my decision." You wouldn't own a slave because it is morally wrong, just as it is morally wrong to end the life of a helpless human being.

Owning a slave and having an abortion cannot be compared. Owning a slave is putting someone through physical misery and emotional pain throughout their lives. Terminating a pregnancy before the baby can feel pain can actually prevent it from suffering later on in life, if the mother obviously doesn't even want it, how could it have a happy life? SO many kids are never adopted.

The thing is -- banning abortions will not stop abortions. It will just contribute to illegal abortions taking place, or women taking more drastic measures.

I am against abortions. I think they are wrong and immoral, and would NEVER get one myself, no matter what happened (but I'm abstinent so it doesn't matter). But I'm pro-choice because I don't think I can tell someone else what to do with their bodies, and I also know that banning abortions won't stop them altogether.
