I've seen that statue all the time, the one at Forsyth and Marietta, and never knew who it was (lol).

You do know who Henry Grady is, right?

Don't know who he is exactly. Just know that Grady Hospital's, mostly likely, named after him.

He was an influential journalist and editor of the Atlanta Constitution in the late 1800s. He coined the phrase "New South" and promoted such notion. Grady High School is named after him also.
