@OREUS39 Sorry, at the time I shot this video, we youtube brewers were having no end of trouble from a fellow who looked just like this doll. So at the time, my showing this doll had everyone laughing. I know that now there's no point of reference for someone coming in cold to watch it without knowing that history. Cheers.

Regarding that NZIPA. The Citra must be overpowering the Sauvin/Riwaka cocktail. I have a NZIPA on tap that was pure Sauvin. It has an amazing aroma and taste, but I kept the OG and IBUs to the lower end of the IPA scale. I like hop bombs, but like you I don't care for alchohol >7pct. You might want to try a NZ Pale Ale to drop the ABV down, and stick to pure NZ hops.

@jturie Yes, I'm thinking of making this again but with about half the grain bill and lighter on the hops. I love the taste, it's the best beer I've ever tasted, not saying that just because I made it, it's what I thought when I tasted Tony's up at AHS. I just don't like that high alcohol, ruins the experience for me. If I wanted something that could only be sipped slowly 2 oz at a time, I'd drink wine, lol.

Jinks is okay, good days & bad days. She is on a slow spiral, love her.

Stout is awsome. Unfortunatley I've only tried one stout up to now though which is Guiness, I don't really seem to spot any other stouts in shops where I am in the UK.

But he's slowed down a lot because, get this, he got a job... I'm actually pretty happy, he has no time to make videos anymore. Congrats TSA!

No coffee but I over shot my gravity which intensified the roasted malts which may explain the flavor/aroma. Then to make things worse I under shot the carbonation. Not a good combination. 76% Pale Ale Malt - 10% Wheat - 10% Roasted Barley - 4% Chocolate Malt. Bittered with Willamette Approx. 35 IBU's. Was looking for a 1.040 O.G. Over shot, 1.054.
