I love this phone... I have had it for 2 years and I love it so much. I have dropped it... so much and nothing has broken and it has outlasted my sisters samsung blast. Also I feel that its a good texting phone because the keypad may be very flat there are still raised edges inbetween the numbers and I can send texts without looking perfectly spelled and all. Its a good phone although since its been two years my batt. is down to lasting about 2 days :\ but I'm getting a new one this weekend :)

I hate this phone. I have had three and all of them broke on me, the keys started to go out, the slider broke, the charger port broke, and the screen went out on me. SUCKS.

you get a 1GB microsd memory card,an adapter, and a usb memory reader and you can connect it to your computer and put songs on it.

I'm getting that stuff soon and i found out the good ones all togehter for me is 40 bucks. But 250 songs on my phones and putting pictures from my computer sounds good to me. I think you can put videos on it too, but I'm not sure.

Just letting all you guys know, I have this phone, and it's been a piece of shit. The spring snapped twice, and the screen kept going out and dying. it's a good phone at first, but if you're a constant texter like me, don't get it. the spring will easily snap.

me too. i've haven't had a problem accept when first got it the screen kept going white, but that was my fault cause i dropped some water on it. I told them that it just stopped working and the just sent me a new one =P.Ever since than it's been fine

Thats funny cuz all I do is text. Ive never had a problem with it unless I leave it on for several days so it doesnt get a chance to restart. Ive dropped it several times and everything still works great. Ive always had good luck with samgsung.

Try Radio Shack or even Wal-Mart look for Samsung USB Cable's if not try a universal cable for mobile phones.

i did try to see but they dont have it. the reason i really want it is because my videos is glitched up. every time i try to view my videos the phone restarts itself. i have 8 videosa that i cant even watch. thats why i want the cable so i can delete the videos.

Yes it will play videos if they are in the correct format 3GP is the right format for most cellphones it does work for the Samsung T629.

I believe with T-Mobile you can get up to 5 Lines in one account with a Family Plan. You can get up too 5 Free Samsung T629 if you qualify. T-Mobile runs credit checks and if you have great credit you shouldn't have a problem getting 5 Phones. The Samsung T629 is still free as of today.

I use a 1GB Memory Card. I don't know if a 2GB Memory Card works it might but for sure a 1GB card works.

The only way to transferr music without buying a USB cord or a Memory Card with a Memory Card reader is to have someone bluetooth you some songs. If you purchase a Memory Card for a few dollars more buy a Card reader that way you can add and drop music from you computer to your memory card then put the memory card in your phone and you have your music.

The Build quality is solid and feels good and sturdy in your hand. Keys hold up really well even if you text alot. It all depends on the way the owner uses the phone.
