Hey dude, sweet stang! How'd you get the rear end in? Like where'd you buy it from, was it a direct fit, etc? I'm looking to put an 8.8 in with 4.10s, but I want to be 100% sure about how to do it before I buy it

Actually, a bone stock v6 with an xcharger (the few grand added for the charger leaving the v6 still a couple grand less then a GT) is actually, wait for it...FASTER THEN A V8 GT!!!??? yes but...and there is a but, it is a great deal heavier. i have a mustang v6 and would love to put an x-charger in it, chevy makes a great v6 but i frown upon the v8. it's too big, has poor handling, extremely heavy. meanwhile the mustang gt500 has only a 5.4 liter which makes it a lot more economical and a whole lot faster
I know this might sound like a dumb question but how much boost is the xcharger capable of running? i have a built v6 and was wondering if 10 psi is the max or can i get more out of it. I like the xcharger because of the cost but the power is a little too low for me. No offense i think your car is amazing but i need more :)
You could probably get a custom Pulley made ... 3.0 and 2.8 is available from Manufacturer. The problem is there is currently no intercooler so 10 PSI is probably max you want.
Saw your car at the Mustangs Unlimited show on Saturday (my dad and I were talking to you about your belt wear). Very nice car man, and it makes good numbers to boot.

Does anyone know if Ford is still gonna make the Eco boost twin turbo V6 Mustang (Taurus SHO motor)? Think they will make it the modern SVO? :)

@greyseason1 Nope, supercharging with an x-charger is still cheaper then a GT and because it's lighter it can go faster :)

nice, thats equivalent of a stock GT, with a few more tweaks you could break the 300 mark, youre still faster than a gt with CAI and exhaust

I want to get the Steeda club racer handling package, also some drag kits with control arms and ect...
So, with those 3.73's you got what does 3rd and 4th gears shift at (mph).
4.10's shift at: 1st 39ish, 2nd 55ish, 3rd 72, and 4th i can get to 112mph, then 5th i dont now

This is an Eaton M90 roots style SC ... so boost is instant at any RPM ... My car hit max Torque at 2800 RPM on the dyno.

at what rpm does the supercharger kick cause i no on my friends vortech in doesn't kick in until 3,000 rpm
