there should be consequences for hate speech. He answered the question. You guys are pretty simple-minded for thinking hate speech is protected. Your rights end where another person's rights begin. That's what the Founding Fathers believed and practiced. I don't want to hear that shit it offends me. I'm all open for freedom of expression. And in certain forums you can exercise hateful speech. But going up to a Jew and calling him a kike at school or work is not acceptable. Period.

Every human being should have the same rights, regardless of gender, race, religion, location, or sexual preference. There are laws, and we need more, to hold those who spew hate propaganda accountable for their actions, but free speech should never be limited!

Support Dennis Kucinich for President! When you look at all of the "sound bites" and clips like this one, and take them all as a whole, Dennis comes out as the only true American hero in the entire field. Save our nation, save our Constitution, vote for and support Dennis Kucinich!

People have the right to freedom of thought. They can even discuss holocaust denial in the proper place and time. But you can expose those sorts of things to people who don't want to hear it.

With regards to Kucinich's response, he is absolutely correct and his answer is spot-on. Protecting against hate-speech and it's [even more hateful] consequences is "unconstitutional"? What's with these twits and their textbook-literal interpretation of the Constitution?

I would love to be able to say that Bohemian Grove is nothing to be concerned about and all that....But, whenever someone brings it up around these politicians, they get all weird over it. I dont like that at all.
