  • We have a couple of class 73 at our heriatge railway, sadly they have been turned into a museam and buffet car.

  • Quite surprised to see a Class 313 coming from the Redhill direction at 4:10, i was never aware of South Central having any class 313's?

  • @expressboy1983 Not a 313!! Would have been a Connex SE cl.508 which at the time did some runs from Gatwick to Tonbridge.

  • Bloody gatwick express! they should axe that poxy train!

Takes about 3mins less than the brighton trains, cost about a £squillion for a ticket and takes up oodles of trackspace. KILL IT!

  • the old gatwick express livery kind of looked like the intercity swallow livery

  • It was Intercity Swallow, just with new logos.

  • Very nicely put together. Good job.

  • Good news

some of class 73 coaches have just went into storage 2 weeks ago with the name gatwick express still on them at shoeburyness M.O.D. storage yard and still can be seen I will be putting them up on my page soon on your tube.

  • @goahead100 still 5 at derby saw them yesterday

  • Good to see 73's in Electric formation, not as good as diesel but its a rare sight these days for northerners like me

  • nice

  • I seem to remember that the old gatwick express' had more coaches than that? Obviously i am mistaken.

  • awsome 73's and nice shiney gatwick express!!

  • Video 125 have releaced a DVD that covers the whole line. No disrespect, the quality of their products are 100% both in sound and narration.
