Faces of Death- Aikido

Aikido looks great in demonstration, but not sure how it will work in real life situation. The victim seems to just hand over his hand to the demonstrator to grab and throws him. I doubt someone with an intent to hurt you is going to just hand over his arm for you to grab and do what you want with it.
