You can do that by going to 2 player mode, and player 2 can cut off player 1´s head with a kantana or whatever. After that go back to 1 player mode and there you go, a headless CJ.

It's not a mod. All you gotta do is go to 2 player. Then let second player chop off your head with a katana. Then, when you go back to singleplayer, you get that no head glitch.
