You have to have two. Dogs are pack animals and don't do as well alone. Our Coco was a rescue dog and was so neurotic until Casey came along. Now they are the happiest of playmates.
they're not very aggressive dogs, hey? they're just so playful and sweet! hehe. awesome. i'd like one, one day. or two. it's nice for them to have a play friend. :)
