  • i did the six week program and i only lost 21 pounds and i wanted to lose 35

  • 21/6 is 3.5 lbs a week... thats ridiculously good... you should look totally diff than what you did when u started...

  • i'm just wondering why everyone makes a big deal out of the photoshopped picture, it's just a picture and the video clearly shows a healthy gorgeous girl...everytime i read a comment on any of these videos it's always something about the girl..people need to stop wasting energy on pointing out "flaws" and put it towards some good use..like..exercising maybe?..I mean..afterall, that is the point of these videos.

  • I was just wondering Sarah, in your Photoshop Effect video, you were talking about how unrealistic beauty is demanded by the media and stuff, and now, at the end of your videos, you put your photoshopped image. Doesnt that go against everything you said? If you put that to make people think ur body is really like that, than im disappointed cuz ur body is perfectly healthy, but if you put it for a certain reason - my apologies. Please reply. :)

  • but why would you want a photoshopped image of yourself? i think that you have a great body, and should be proud of it. but that image gives people an unrealistic image of what they should look like. even u dont look like that, and you work out alot!! please respond :)

  • She's letting people know that celebrities aren't perfect and no oner is perfect. Basically, saying that there is no "perfect" body. Its true because girls are killing themselves to reach this perfect body that doesn't exist!! Sarah wasn't trying to make herself look perfect. She was trying to let people know that perfection is fake and that no one care ever reach it. And you are very ignorant.

  • Its funny. I came to this video after watching the "photoshop re-touch" video and if I'm not mistaken (and I might be!), the photo of the 'work out girl' is the re-touched image from that video.

    What's funny is that in the photoshop video they said how bad it was that celebrities always have their photos retouched, presenting an unattainable level of perfection but they have gone and used the retouched photo made in that video (4.03) ... hypocrisy?

  • Technically yes - however woman don't have enough testosterone to actually build bulky muscles. The added muscle increases your metabolism - burning more calories at rest throughout the day - which will in the long run burn extra body fat and create a leaner physique.

  • Good tips, but I've had 4 knee surgeries and can't do squats or lunges anymore. Well I can, but it hurts like heck, and I've been told I shouldn't.

  • Yeah---the lunge splits looked painful to me too (I too have had knee surgery) good luck though with it! its great to be still building muscles around your knees...it really has helped me heal I think.

    I'm scared to use weights because I don't want to build muscle. I guess if I use light weights though...

    I would love some exercises for the back... like toning your back and maybe shoulders so that they're more defined!

  • lifting weights is where it is at. do more research on weightlifting ESPECIALLY if you are a woman!

  • you want to burn calories, go for a run, its faster and keeps ur heart pumping, i dont get calorie burning part in weight training, i only get the toned muscle buildup part

  • Wrong.

    1. While running will burn more calories WHILE you do it, this will burn a little less WHILE you do it, but it will crank up your metabolism for the next 24-36 hours..so you will end up burning more calories in TOTAL doing this.

    2. You can send your heart rate through the roof doing this stuff.. but you have to do it fast and with little rest period.. the problem is people just sit around on benches and move weights for 3 sets of 10 with lots of rest. That won't tax your cardio system.
