I have found this video to be quite helpful. In fact Ryan has always encouraged me with my music and ready to answer questions, meet with me when I needed help or to discuss my music, and in short be quite generaous with his time. I have only been at this a few years but I have found this to be true with the real musicians I have met talked to.
